For Prepaid Customers

To activate 3G service on your Prepaid SIM, please dial *443*3# or send SUB on 7003, without any charges.

For Postpaid Customers

Postpaid subscribers can dial *446# and select 3G package for activation.

To enable 3G, select any of the following in the “Network Settings” or “Mobile Networks” on 3G supported handsets:

GSM/WCDMA (auto) mode
2G + 3G mode
GSM / UMTS mode
Dual Mode

Once this is done and the customer enters a 3G coverage area, the symbol next to the network signals will change to any of the following:

3G
3
H
H+

You can find the MAC address of your device from your phone setting option. On PC, open CMD and enter ipconfig/all and not down the physical address
Check on Turn Access Control On
